Countdown to Christmas

My Christmas countdown has well and truly started! I finally got round to making my Christmas card and have taken it to the printers for them to make up the cards. It's too much effort for me to print them out!!! Hopefully I'll have them back soon so that I can get them written out and posted before I go on holiday on the 1st of December. I'll have to do all my Christmas shopping by then too. I love Christmas shopping, but what I love the most is WRAPPING PRESENTS!! I wish I could open a shop just at Christmas time and wrap other other peoples presents!!

Scrapping at last!!

Yay - finally managed to do some scrapping today. My sister and I organised a crop at our church hall and lots of fellow scrapping enthusiasts joined us. It was great to see everyone's stuff - I'm always envious when I see other work!! Here are some pictures of us hard at work (I'm behind the camera!)

Picked up the latest photos of my little girl yesterday from the photographers. I'm delighted with them! These were the second set of photographs we had taken. The last ones will be done when she is walking. I love the picture of her in the bath surrounded by balloons!

Yummy Cupcakes

Last night I made yummy cupcakes for my lovely husband! I got the recipe from Shimelle Laine's blog. There were so many lovely recipes to chose from, but in the end I settled for the serious chocolate cupcakes!

The smell as they were baking in the oven was amazing and they tasted scrumptious too! NOT good for my weight watchers diet.

Got to get scrapping!

I can't believe that October is more than half way through and that it will soon be CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!! I'm making paper bag albums of my little girl as presents for family and I've got FIVE to do. I've finished one and am currently working on number two. I must get a move on!!!

Christmas Card Labels

I've started organising my Christmas card labels! I've done my mam's ones and I am in the middle of doing mine. Thankfully when doing the mail merge, vista is almost the same as windows xp, so I'm not struggling!
All I have to do now is get cracking with adobe photoshop and make a card with Claudia's photo (oh and take a picture too!!)

Last week my friend Sharon helped me make a Halloween card using adobe photoshop. It has taken me a while to get to grips with it, but finally the penny has dropped! I was really pleased with the finished result and sent cards to my friends and family.
